Clinical Assessment
A GMC-registered occupational health physician conducts a thorough, video-based medical assessment with the employee in a secure, confidential environment.n
nEvaluates fitness for work, underlying health conditions, and potential workplace impacts.n
Report Delivery
The doctor produces a clear, jargon-free report detailing clinical findings, fitness for work, and recommended reasonable adjustments.n
nReports are standardly issued within 48 hours, subject to any employee pre-release review request.n
